nlightn-IT Support and Managed Services

Why: Without this information it may not be possible to provide the services within our agreement. This processing is necessary for the performance of the contract we have with you. This could include things like database product type, key database performance counters, operating system statistics, software version, networking capabilities, storage provisions and key performance indicators, application activity and key performance counters
Why we collect System Statistical Data: We collect this information to help ensure that your products and services are optimised and working properly, to provide you with customer support, to honor your service agreement and to guide product improvement and customer support decisions. Getting Help from nlightn-IT
From time to time, you may decide to contact our Technical Services or commercial team for assistance. To help deal with your request, we may collect certain data from you or your systems.
